Alumina Ceramic Type
Alumina ceramics are Al2O3 as the main raw material, corundum (a-Al2O3) as the main mineral composition of a fairly important ceramic material, to the ingredients or matrix of the Content of Al2O3 to classify: Customary Al2O3 content of about 99% of ceramics called 99 porcelain, the content of 95% and 90% of the order called 95 porcelain and 90 porcelain. Ceramics with a content of more than 85% are usually called high alumina porcelain, and those with a content of more than 99% are called corundum porcelain or pure corundum porcelain. Our company mainly produces corundum porcelain, high purity crucibles.
Al2O3 ceramics, especially high alumina porcelain, have high mechanical strength, good thermal conductivity, insulation strength, high resistivity, low dielectric loss, dielectric constant is generally between 8-10, and electrical properties are relatively stable with temperature and frequency, especially corundum porcelain with purity (Al2O3 content) of 99.5%.
